ShopCiti uses a distance-based delivery system designed to provide fair and transparent delivery pricing across Pretoria and Centurion.
Your delivery fee is calculated according to the driving distance between our Pretoria East dispatch point and your delivery address.
This means customers who live closer to ShopCiti pay less, while delivery fees increase gradually for longer trips.

How Delivery Pricing Works
At checkout, ShopCiti uses your delivery address to determine the approximate driving distance from our Pretoria East dispatch point.
Your delivery fee is then automatically assigned according to the applicable distance band.

Delivery addresses outside the supported delivery range may not qualify for automatic delivery.
You will always see your final delivery fee at checkout before making payment.
Delivery Areas
ShopCiti currently delivers within Pretoria and Centurion, subject to distance and address availability.
This includes selected areas across:
- Pretoria East
- Pretoria Central
- Pretoria North
- Pretoria West
- Centurion
- Surrounding supported Pretoria areas
Delivery pricing is not determined by suburb name or postal code alone.
Two customers within the same postal code may live different distances from our dispatch point and may therefore receive different delivery fees.

To calculate your delivery correctly, please enter your full and accurate delivery information at checkout.

If your address cannot be verified, a delivery option may temporarily be unavailable.

Delivery Times
ShopCiti deliveries are generally completed within 1–3 business days.
Selected nearby areas may qualify for same-day delivery, depending on:
- Order time
- Product availability
- Delivery schedule
- Distance
- Current delivery volume
Delivery hours:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Weekend or public holiday deliveries are not guaranteed unless specifically arranged or stated otherwise.
Outlying and Special Access Deliveries
Certain addresses may require additional delivery arrangements, including:
- Restricted-access estates
- Security-controlled complexes
- Farms or dirt-road access areas
- Industrial properties
- Mining sites
- Difficult-to-access delivery locations
In these cases:
- Additional delivery charges may apply
- Delivery may be arranged for a specific day
- A suitable collection or meeting point may occasionally be required
Where possible, ShopCiti will contact you before making any changes to your delivery arrangements.
Delivery Conditions
- A correct delivery address and working contact number are required.
- The customer or an authorised person must be available to receive the order.
- Identification may be requested where appropriate.
- Customers must provide any necessary gate, estate or access information.
- Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability may result in a re-delivery fee.
Safe Delivery Policy
Where access to a property is restricted, deliveries may be completed at:
- Main entrance
- Security gate
- Reception area
- Designated collection point
ShopCiti is not responsible for transporting goods beyond the agreed or accessible delivery point where security, access or safety restrictions apply.
Delivery Discounts and Promotions
From time to time, ShopCiti may offer promotional delivery discounts or special delivery campaigns.
Any applicable promotion will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.
Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, delivery distances or campaign periods.
